Sync Intelligence Inc. provides AI-powered solutions designed to support businesses in improving productivity, efficiency, and decision-making. These Terms apply to all users of our Services, including organizations, their employees, and authorized representatives. By using our Services, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organization.If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
Products and Services: These Terms cover all products, platforms, and services provided by Sync Intelligency Inc., including but not limited to AI-powered tools, APIs, software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms, and any associated documentation or support services.
Business Use Only: Our Services are intended for business-to-business (B2B) use only. By using our Services, you represent that you are using them for business purposes and not as an individual consumer.
Eligibility: You must be authorized to act on behalf of your organization and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms. Your organization is responsible for ensuring compliance with these Terms by all users accessing the Services under its account.
Account Creation: To access certain features of our Services, your organization may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary.
Account Security: Your organization is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities that occur under its account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately.
Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Using the Services in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Transmitting any material that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
Interfering with or disrupting the security, integrity, or performance of the Services.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
AI Outputs:
Outputs generated by our AI models are based on the input you provide. Your organization is solely responsible for how it uses these outputs, including any decisions made based on them.
Input Data: When using our Services, your organization may provide input data (e.g., text, files, or other content). This data is essential for generating AI-powered outputs.
Data Ownership: Your organization retains ownership of its input data. We do not claim ownership rights over it.
Data Usage:
We may use your input data to provide and improve our Services. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We may use anonymized and aggregated data to train and enhance our AI models. Your organization can opt out of this data usage by contacting us or adjusting account settings.

Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans tailored for businesses. Details of your subscription plan, including pricing and features, are available on the purchase order form(s) signed by your organization.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed on an annual basis and due on a net-30 day period. Payments made via credit card are processed securely through our payment partners.
Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in your order form or services agreement. If you are dissatisfied with our Services, you may contact us to discuss potential remedies.
Changes to Pricing: We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. We will notify you of any changes to pricing in advance.
Accuracy: While we strive for high accuracy in our AI outputs, we cannot guarantee that these outputs will always be correct, complete, or suitable for your specific business needs.
No Guarantees: Our Services are intended to assist businesses but should not be relied upon for critical decisions (e.g., legal, financial, or medical).
User Responsibility: Your organization acknowledges that it is responsible for any actions taken based on the outputs generated by our Services.
Your organization agrees not to engage in any of the following activities:
Using the Services for illegal purposes or to promote illegal activities.
Transmitting harmful or malicious software (e.g., viruses, worms).
Attempting to disrupt the normal functioning of the Services or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Using the Services to harass, threaten, or intimidate others.
Customer Termination: Your organization may terminate its account at any time by following the cancellation procedure outlined in your service agreement or account settings. Terminating the account does not terminate the mutual obligations under signed order forms or service agreements.
Our Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your organization’s account and access to the Services if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that we deem harmful to our Services.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our practices, products, or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Significant changes will be communicated to you via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
No Warranties: Our Services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Limited Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sync Intelligence Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
Indemnification: Your organization agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sync Intelligence Inc., its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
